Guest guest
I just want to take a minute to welcome all our new members. We seem to be growing so quickly. Like many of us, I cannot keep up with each individual post anymore. We are so chatty, which is great, but it would take an entire day to reply to all the posts. I am Jeanne in WI, age 44, married with 2 teen daughters. I have been diagnosed for 10 years, but believe I had signs of FM even as a child. I am on disability as well. I was one of the lucky ones who got approved on the 1st try without an attorney. Had to claim 5 things though to get it - FM, morbid obesity, anxiety disorder, depression, and DDD. My 14 yr. old daughter also has FM, was diagnosed at age 10. She is having a really great year(8th grade) and is currently not on any meds except OTC pain meds when needed. If you want her whole story, search the site for a post titled, " Allie's story " . Jeanne in WI
