The Conference is designed to encourage students with disabilities and their families to utilize self-advocacy and school services to transition to community life and achieve post-high school goals. Through generous sponsorshps and in-kind donations, the S.T.A.R.S. Conference is free to all attendees. The Conference provides attendees with important information and targeted workshops to guide them through a successful transition.
