Guest guest Posted March 20, 2008 Report Share Posted March 20, 2008 Patient Info. - age 44, fatigue and energy level worst symptom, pain is mild to moderate with occasional flares to severe, on birth control regimen to manage hormones, only 5 menstruating cycles per year, IBS-D a regular problem, smells don't bother me but I do have an extra-sensitive nose, noise does bother me (even good noise like giggling), had gastric bypass surgery which affects my ability to absorb meds and limits to those that won't bother my stomach. That's all I can think of for now. Atenelol - 50 mg. twice daily(for high blood pressure) Birth control pill(Microgestrin) daily Nexium - 40 mg. daily Zantac - 150 mg. in evening AdderallXR - 15 mg. Klonopin - 2 mg. every evening, 1 mg. if needed during day Lamictal - 100 mg. daily Cymbalta - 60 mg. A.M., 60 mg. every evening Flexeril - 10 - 30 mg. as needed daily Tramadol - 2-4 pills(50 mg.) as needed daily, sometimes up to 6 Tylenol - 1000 mg. as needed once or twice daily Midrin - as needed for headaches (maybe 10days/month) Ambien - taken some nights for sleep aid Benadryl - taken nightly for sleep aid (half dose) Antihistamines - Chlor Trimeton daily Sudafed - daily Fiber Tablets - 2-6 per day Immodium - as needed Tums, Sugar Free Topical Meds - Lidocaine pain patches, Aspercreme, BioFreeze, Salonpas patches Steroid Creams - Beta-Meth, Clobetasol Sterate Vitamins - Centrum, calcium citrate, vit. E, Vit A & D, B100 complex, zinc, vit.
