Guest guest
Jill you are right. I visited the sleep by #bed store, and they do have the 2wk trial, and they told me that most stores will extend it another week or two as they say it takes this long to really figure your adjustment for comfort, as he said you have to sleep a few nights on the # you think and if not it adjust then, not a quick fix finding comfort right away. I have one friend who has a back so bad suppose to be in a w/c by now but he went to this bed after trying all others and has been on it 8 yrs now, there are all types of quality on them and price range he went with top of the line pick as he says it is well worth it, as his back deserves a good comfortable sleep he says as it has been good and after too many surgery's and the doc saying no more will fix, his back has kept him out of w/c. Anyway, I just like the idea of being able to adjust for comfort as my body changes. I do have it in my mind to save for this bed now, as I have been through to many mattress's which aren't cheap ones, and still in pain when I sleep. Some of you who are looking for a good mattress, and having to spend the money should also check into the magnetic one, again though costly, and if it doesn't work, or stops, like it did for me, your out, you can't adjust it like the sleep by #, which does take time to get use to and find the comfortable 3#, plus your partner does not have to be uncomfortable to make you comfortable, great consept. Hope you lighter days ahead, and some good sleep . If I was shopping again for a bed that costs a LOT of money, I would go to both stores and try them out and I would look them up on Consumer Reports. And doesn't sleep # let you have a two week trial period or am I hallucinating? Re: comment on beds Next bed Jana, Is the sleep # bed more cost efficient than the temperpedic? I want the temperpedic but DH says " too expensive " ....so I have a memory foam topper on our bed, and while it helps, it has made our bed that much higher! Guest guest
Wow - I just priced them on line - of course I would want the ultra soft 6000 model which would be " only " $78/mo or almost $3000 - yikes! I will save for it - I don't like payments. sharon studley wrote: Jill you are right.
