Guest guest
Jill, One of the girls in y localgroup has used it with success. She also had her trerapist speak to our fibro group. He demonstrated on another girl and she said it felt greay and he barely touched her. It appars to be worth investicating. Guest guest
It's very intense and not recommended in my case - because I have Lupus - inflammation is bad. Rolfing can definitely leave you with sore places. Otherwise, its a very interesting technique. Guest guest
What is rolfing? I have had hot stone massages (which felt wonderful!!!!), deep tissue massages and of course, reflexology on both my hands and feet. I've also done ion cleansing, which helps pull the toxins out of your body. But I've never heard of rolfing and have no clue what it is....so clue me in please.....lol... Guest guest
There were quite a few discussing this topic several weeks ago. You could search the database of messages to look for what others had to say about it. Take care. Jeanne in WI Jill, One of the girls in y localgroup has used it with success. Guest guest
Well, I think it is a type of massage. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but heard once from a women with fibro that it really helped her.
