When you say 3x did this mean you waited over a yr though?, not blaming

ALLSUP as have heard all good, just wondered why the diffence in info asked, and

told I had to apply before deadline of being out of work 5yrs or would not be

eligible, and getting the things together for them.

I used a local SSDI Attorney and was denied 3 times and almost died in the

process. If it wasn't for that near death and 3 weeks in the hospital and

then the month I was running around (or should I say scooting more on my

butt) with a blood clot and going back to the hospital again. then I might

still be fighting.

SSA by nature wants to deny you and wants you to give up the fight. Most

people can't handle the fight for it. I was also told it's more difficult

the younger you are. I don't know if that is true or not, but I'll be 51

next month.

Tigger,

I finaly got my date. It is April 29th. The Judge had to have double hip

replacement surgery. Well my mail just got here with the letter and the details.
