Lauri I do believe your right I remember her now saying that, that I need

to get paper work in and get denied and then call them, ?? So what are they

getting there cut on? Binder and Binder says they get my Dr; report for

themselves and do the rest, I don't know I believe I already have screwed up

and would be better just to go with Atty if I get denied as they don't take cut

till won. But I just am not in a place to do alot of foot work and paper work

my brain won't go there so have really though of aborting the whole filing for

now. ASSUP wants me to call wait for a denial then call them back, would it not

be they should take over now and try and stop me from getting denied? Thanks

are only representatives - yes they will go to court with you of you

have to go BUT if you get denied your benefits and you want to appeal

it - they have been known to drop you & your case and tell you that

you must find a attorney now to go on. Yes this has happened to

friends of mine. So just a fair warning be VERY careful of these types

of " we will fight for you and you have nothing to worry about. " Yeah

right now you don't but what about later down the road if you get

denied so many times??
