The Special Needs Tax Credit Alliance was organized to introduce and pass legislation to create a federal tax refund for special needs parents, to facilitate them becoming legal guardian of their 18 year old children (young adult) with disabilities.

Yes, many thanks Jaret. I am submitting today on my daughter's 18th birthday for her guardianship. Thank goodness I already had an attorney for the last 10 years for her special needs trust that is also handling this so it saved some money but still an expense, well worth it though!
