Guest guest
How are my favorite people this morning? Good I hope and not in too much pain or feeling too fatigued. Hope Easter weekend treated you kindly. Officially spring now. Maybe now the weather will slowly start to warm up and we will all get out of our flares. One can hope. I am feeling better each day. Suprising what antibiotics can do? Still achy and leg cramps, but all in all, not bad. We spent a leisurely day yesterday. I weeded a bit off and on, made a roast for dinner with mashed taters and gravy. I brown the roast on both sides. Mix 2 cups of water with Liption Onion Soup Mix and pour it over it. I cover and simmer about 3-1/2 hours. turning every half hour. Tender and yummy. Back to school for Mel. House to myself today. maybe I can nap in peace, lol. Sunny and 66 for a hugh. Gonna be sunny all week. Y'all take care and I will check in soon.
Guest guest
Hi happy !! That is how I do my roast...with the Lipton soup...except I've switched to beefy onion, makes it even better!! Makes delicious gravy. Glad to hear you are feeling good. Me too, except for my arthritic ankle that is just driving me nuts.If it wasn't for that the fibro is about a 3 or 4. Not bad at all!! It was 37 here but sunny, so it felt good. Snow in am turning to rain in the afternoon, maybe it will start the grass to green up. Take care, /Mi Happy Monday My Friends How are my favorite people this morning? Good I hope and not in too much pain or feeling too fatigued. Hope Easter weekend treated you kindly.
