1) Purchase and install a shower filter for showering and bathing (as well can be used to fill up containers for drinking water) (chlorine is a neurotoxin and has been linked to cancer)

2) Do not microwave food or water for any reason ( this denatures the proteins, radiates the food, nullifies nutrient value and enymatic content, etc)

3) Cook with Organic coconut oil as it is stable at higher temps and is also anti fungal

4) Do not use wireless devices around children (ie cell phones, computers,etc as well as switch home phone to the a corded phone) Use products from Gia Wellness (www.Giawellness.com/recovery) to mitigate Electro Magnetic Frequencies from home, office, and body

5) Do not use processed table salt as it will disrupt the body's normal pH, brain chemistry, fluid levels, hormonal balance, muscle function, etc. Himalayan Pink Salt is a great option for cooking as well as for bath for detox and trace mineral absorption.

6) Avoid sugar as it contributes to inflammation, body acidity, blood sugar imbalance, depression, candida, etc. If something needs to be sweetened Xylitol or Stevia are better options if no allergy.

7) Read the labels on shampoos, conditioners,lotions,etc. Many contain wheat protein, harmful dyes (red 40, yellow 5 etc). As well products should be fragrance free. If our children show sensitivity or allergy to wheat we must use gluten free products as well or they can have a reaction by touching us.

8) Read labels on household cleaners, laundry detergent. Use only environmentally safe household cleaners or make your own.

9) Switch to fluoride free toothpaste (http://fluoridealert.org/fan.2010.review.html)

10) Avoid "white" carbohydrates (white flour, white rice, white pastas, white breads and cereals, etc) as they convert to sugar much more rapidly. Another reason is that chlorine dioxide, a chemical used to bleach the product when combined with protein converts to alloxan, a product researchers use to induce diabetes in lab rats. Pretty scary!
