As completely off topic as this subject is, I wanted to tell you that I have never had trouble exchanging an item at Toys R Us (although I have not tried to in over 6 months.)

I HAVE had trouble making returns to Target, and very rarely shop there anymore, due to having HUGE issues several times over (I tried to return something less than one DAY later...but because I paid CASH...and my receipt blew away...they would do NOTHING. This was a BIG item ($80 hammock stand) with no way to get a hammock that would fit it (researched all local Targets and online - odd size). I was so mad...I have literally only shopped there once in the last year...and I used to shop there weekly.
