***Note from Co-Owner: Fibromyalgia is still under the guidelines of the

American College of Rheumatology. Many rheumatologists still treat fibro

patients like myself. ***

Hi,

I'm wondering if other people with fibro have experienced this. I have

pain on both sides, in my rib cage. The pain goes from my arm pits

about half way to my waist. It is on my side, close to my back. It

also goes up under my arms and to my triceps. Sometimes my biceps are

sore too. This particular pain does not seem to respond to any of my

meds (cymbalta, neurontin, hydrocodone...) Has anyone experienced

this? Any thoughts on what might help?

Also - according to my rheumatologist, fibro is not considered a

rheumatological disease anymore so they refer you back to your PCP if

that's what they think you have. What have you all heard about this?
