Please help.. my son is licking his hand...

Hello everyone,

I was wondering and hoping to find any answer to my question ,

I have a 3 1/2 old boy who is on the spectrum, he is been putting his hand a lot

in his mouth and sometimes he put his whole hand in the mouth and lick the hand,

and sometimes up to his arm, I took him to his pediatrician and he prescribed

NYSTATIN 3ml 3x a day...,

he said it might be a fung...,

Has anybody had any experience with this kind of behavior? or with this

medication?
