I finally got to the acceptence to the fibro, and now sugar problems as the old folk say. I got my glucometer and have doing the first thing in morning, before lunch and 2 hours after a meal and an hour as the least after my medication. I have had nothings but 163's,184's190's . i know it will take the meds to be on board a bit before it hopefully settles. So types of food really works for you guys.
