Guest guest
I was just curious. I was looking at some stuff online yesterday about the subject. In particular I was reading an article but Mark London? http://stuff.mit.edu/people/london/guai.html Which was really in depth and had me wondering if Dr. Adam whatever his name is, is a totally quack. Definitely some interesting reading. I've been taking Guaifenesin for probably over a month or so at least once a day 12-hour extended release of 600 mg. I take it to help thin out the stuff in my sinuses and wondered if I would benefit from it with the FM. I had heard of some protocol but didn't know anything about it. After reading London's article I definitely thought that the restrictions and why it wouldn't work if strictly followed was a bunch of a whoowee. I think I will ask my doctor about if there are any benefits that I might have by staying on it. The article also talks about the beneficial properties of why guaifenesin would be helpful to persons with chronic pain. Long but interesting read. ~
