Michele, that is an awful lot to go through even for a person that is well.

YES... stress for me is the number one enemy with this thing they call

fibromyalgia. It sets it off bigtime.

Please take care of yourself honey the best you can.

I am so sorry to hear of your daughter and father having cancer. That is

heartbreaking.

The teeth thing, just a comment. My teeth started breaking off about 4 years

ago for no apparent reason. I don't grind mine in my sleep. But they just

started breaking. I believe it is yet another component of fibro for some of

us.

love and hugs,

my heart is with you,

Debra V.

Hi,

thanks so much for your replies about my head & neck pain.

I have stiffness in my shoulders & neck constantly causing headaches

but this one I have had twice now came on very suddenly at the base

of my skull & up the left side of my head. It lasted a few minutes

but the pain was sharp, so maybe a trip to my Dr is needed.

I have had deep tissue massage in the past but with all the probs

with my daughter & going backwards & forwards to the hosp, working &

keeping the house running, the massages had to be put on hold. They

really eased the pain & stiffness if I went once a month & also had

accupuncture from my GP as well.

Today has not been good either on the stress levels, as I arrived at

my parents today to see my dad as they wheeled him into an ambulance

after having had a heart attack. I think somedays what is the point

of getting out of bed in the morning, to find out what is going to

happen next!!

Hugs to all Michele
