Ibanez, Ph.D. Brief Description: ESE students with mental health and developmental disabilities are at higher risk of becoming bullying victims. Cypress Bay High School, the district's largest student body with the highest number of ESE students in the county, is predominately of Hispanic/Latino descent. This training is designed for parents and students in their native language (Spanish) to describe the types of bullying, identifying strategies and explaining the role of parents in preventing it.
