My husband leaves his shoes and clothes all on his side of the floor of

our bed. I just ignore them and don't wash them until he puts them in

the correct basket. We have a basket for everyday lights, every day

dark, work lights, work darks and towels. On Saturday my husband does

help me with the everyday baskets including the sheets we wash. He does

his share of folding jeans also. Without asking he will clean our main

bathroom sink but never the one in our bedroom. The bedroom one has

much more things laying around the sink and it's much dirtier. I

cleaned it yesterday finally. He vacuums the living room without asking

but not the other rooms or the dusting. Since I am unemployed I try to

do most of light housework but not always successcul. If company is

coming we both clean everything in the visible rooms.

I am so blessed to have a husband that is compasionate and caring of my health.

He does just about everything for me. It's not that I want him to and I never

have to ask. He pitches in where help is needed and somedays it's needed every

where. I am blessed to also have a good support from other family and friends.

Since I also have other health issues and have been unemployed since last June

just doing the simple things are hard for me. My husband tied a dog leash to my

laundry basket so that I can pull light loads where I need to fold and he bought

me one of those grabbers you see on TV. That's how I get laundry in the washer

and out of the dryer. Somedays it's very comical to watch as I try to do

housework! ha! But, I do what I can do and the rest, well....my hubby does them.

I am really fortunate to have him in my life! I even had a friend come over and

stay with me for about 1 week and did a deep cleaning of my house and all the

cooking and laundry.

We would sit up late at night and talk, just about stuff! I sure do miss her

and I can't even begin to repay her for her kindness.
