Autism Awareness Day in Tallahassee- Need Information From Those Attending

I have received questions concerning the upcoming Awareness Day in Tallahassee on April 6th. Any families who plan on attending should provide their contact information and the district in which they live and which legislators represent them (if they know) and email me. That will assist us with scheduling appointments. Also, have families be prepared to discuss the following:

If CARD has assisted the family in the past, how CARD helped and how the cuts will affect their family.

If the child or adult with disabilities receives services from APD, the Medwaiver, Medicaid, CDC Plus, etc. the same issue, how cuts will affect their family and how cuts in services will impact their loved one.
