Guest guest
I agree. Not because of weight. But because it really does not do justice to the description of this disease. It more displays it as a minor inconvenience than the monster it really is. It does not address how severe the pain is, it does not address the issue of memory and concentration, the stiffness so severe we can hardly move, or the severe exhaustion. It makes it look more like a " little pain " condition that can be taken care of with one pill. Makes it look like a " one size fits all " solution. No mention of numbness, tingling, and burning pain. No mention of the folks this disease leaves bedbound and disabled. No mention of the sleep disorder we have that makes us feel as if we have not been to bed in weeks. WE NEED A COMMERCIAL that tells the whole story. love and hugs, Debra V. in AZ wrote: I can't stand the way she talks. I think she is a very very poor representation of a fibro patient. Based on what I have read here, many of you most likely may be overweight. Even I am bigger than that boney woman. How can she have a lot of muscle pain when she doesn't show much muscle? Am interested in your opinions on this. Debbie L --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.
Guest guest
I am thankful our disease is getting out there, but the lady does not portray it the way it really is. Oh she gets me when she says " so tender to the touch " " how about no one can touch me, I hurt so bad " Dumb. Lets make our own I am with ya. Guest guest
Oh yeah, , that would be cool..we could do our own commercial. No actor in the world could pretend they have this! /Mi Re: Vent: Lyrica/fibro comercial-- NO, not a good representation I am thankful our disease is getting out there, but the lady does not portray it the way it really is.
