It just hit me-

Many if not most or all of us, have painful feet/ankles/lower legs. I

recall that the ankles and feet have the largest concentration of

bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, of any other similarly-sized area of

the body. If most fibromytes suffer pain in some area of the

foot/ankle, it would make sense, due to all the tendons and ligaments

tying all those bones together. Today my lower legs, ankles, and entire

feet are hurting from the fibro. Most usually the most severe pain in

the feet is from the instep down to the ball of the foot and throughout

my toes. In fact, does any fibromyte NEVER have pain in any of those

areas?

Most always hurt in my ankles and feet. Usually waist down!!
