Guest guest
Yesterday or the day before, I had a new twitch thing. When I nap during the day, as my body tries to relax, I will get the whole body jerking which is common for normal people, too. Well, this time my mouth twitched, making my jaw clamp shut and my teeth click together. Really wierd. It did it like 2 or 3 times. I'm pretty sure I'm having increasing TMJ problems and I'm trying to decide if I should get a brace made or just have it addressed by my massage therapist. I am beginning regular massage therapy on Monday. Can't wait. It's been a couple years since my last professional massage. Jeanne in WI As far as I know, twitching of all sorts is pretty common w/fibro. I get the eye twitch too & also muscle twiches that come & go everywhere...like shoulders, chest, arms, stomach, calves, even the groin area. It's ridiculous...
