Babysitter Referral - Coral Springs/Parkland

Can anyone recommend a mature/responsible highschool/college student or anyone in their adult years that would be willing to babysit during evening or weekend hours (social outings) for my 7 ½ year- old, high-functioning autistic son and my typical 11 year old daughter?  We are fairly new to the area and have not been able to locate someone to babysit for short periods of time, - between 3 – 4 hours.  We live in Parkland/Coral Springs. My name is Rajman and our family lives in Boca (right near Parkland). I have a 14 year old daughter named Logan (who is home schooled and beginning high school in September) who is a fabulous babysitter.

Logan is 4th of out 7 children and my right hand girl when it comes to caring for our little ones. My 12 year old son has Asperberger and Tourette so she is well versed in the needs and behaviors of children on the spectrum.

Logan is the co-leader of our Synagogue's young children's group and is the unofficial baby sitter for our synagogue families. She has many references we would gladly supply you with.

I know how hard it is to trust your children to strangers and we would gladly meet with you and the children. Feel free to call me at 561 - 929 - 4694. In addition, if it would help you to feel more comfortable we would gladly have Logan watch the children here in our home to provide extra supervision until everybody knows each other.

Let me know if you need ideas of places to go and take the children since you are new in the area and welcome!

Oh my goodness!! I am so sorry!! I did not mean to post my response to a request for a baby sitter on the group page! Our home computer died long ago and I was attempting to use a friend's laptop....sigh....pushed the wrong button!!
