Guest guest
Amy, I think it's either light-colored clothes against a dark background, or dark-colored clothes against a light background. One front shot and one side shot. I included my lovely dog, Rhett, in the photos -- But Debbie says no naked ones!!!! Guest guest
LOL@Flo, AGAIN. You keep my spirits up! I had someone take my pics. I wore white cotton pants, a white tank top (tucked in too...lol) and a lime green cotton button down the front but open shirt. I was against a wooden door. I wanted a good look at my tummy before surgery. I want everyone to know post surgery that there really wasn't a baby in there, I honestly had my tubes tied! I even went one step further and took a pic of my backside. I want to see how much that improves too...LOL Love, _______________________________________________________ Get 100% FREE Internet Access powered by Excite Visit http://freelane.excite.com/freeisp

Guest guest
Oh Flo. We have got to be littermates. I'm laughing so hard my whole family came running in to see what was going on! Thanks for the smiles! See you tonight in chat... Amy. ----Original Message----- From: florence@... Take a running leap, arms outstretched, and crash right into that wall. 5) Take a picture of the wall. 6) Send this shot to Dr. R., you will not have blended in with the background and the wall will illuminate your shape. 7. You will not have to take even one moment to think about what you're going to wear. Glad to help Amy. Flo in land

Guest guest
Amy- Doesn't the Doc understand that heavy women do not own light colored clothes?? I saw the directions and I really have to say that sometimes he goes a little bit overboard with the pre-surgery requirements. I do not own one light colored thing to put on my bottom. Be it skirt, shorts or pants, everything is either navy, black or some dark color. Hey, I think I will add that to the list: I will start buying light colored clothing items when I lose this weight.
