Why can't you just eat a little of what they serve?

Isn't taking your own food impolite?

no they all understand and be sides, it is my health and not there's. I went

to school with many of them and have known the rest most of my 55 years upon

this eat. some of them even offered to bake me a piece of chicken and bring me a

salad, but I can't handle to much love like that all the time. I all ready told

them they can eat there KFC and I hope they all gain ten pounds from eating it

and the sides. this is why I'm bringing potatoes said and fudge! I'm making

certain they gain a few of the pounds I have all ready lost. ain't I a real nice

pig?

You are tough Mark! Good for you for being so. I'm sure your friends will

understand why you are brining your own food.

Now the pig is learning! pigs really can learn! use to eat a huge bowl of

potatoes salad after I made it, but this time only one spoon. then made a

nine by thirteen pan of fudge. use to would have ate at least 3 pieces as I

cut it up. this time? how many you ask did I eat? well the answer is zero.

did I lick the bowl? wanted to, but no I did not! I tell you those folks at

the picnic we will being attending to morrow after noon are so lucky the pig

loves them and doesn't care about there waste lines. going to take my own

lunch and eat only what I take. fried chicken isn't on my menu to morrow or

none of the sides that I know well be there. potatoes salad isn't bad if you

only eat just a small amount, but can't be that good all the time. will

leave it be and not touch the fudge. chocolate, peanut butter with walnuts!

doesn't that make your mouth water?

Yes, but I would leave out the walnuts because too hard to bite. But yes, I

would have a hard time smelling fudge and not tasting it to see if it is

safe, LOL.

O no! I put the walnuts in a food processer and made them like coffee gowns.

real easy to chew. kind of like some one all ready chewed them up for you first.

I'm always thinking of those who have lost there teeth and have no extra cash

for new one's.

well now this could be a huge problem for you and I. a nut is one of the nice

words that is used to describe me. I actually know it holds a lot of love when

it is used though. they try to have me think it is a low blow, but I know

better! I love nuts of all kinds. now you take a can of salted cashoes? got to

be very careful when opening a can of these nuts here. then you have the

chocolate covered almonds? these are really good if you got a buddy who only

likes chocolate and not nuts like you. they can suck off the chocolate and you

can then eat the nut. kind of the buddy team plan. the trouble with most can

nuts is to much salt and I also love salt. controlling sugar is giving up many

foods that have been close to me for many years. don't eat to much salt and

don't eat to much of any food you love. have just a taste of the bad stuff and

eat more of the stuff you have tried hard to hide from for many years. I'm still

a work in progress, but getting closer by the day!

We're celebrating my birthday tomorrow (Sunday). I'll be having what I usually

have on my birthday--coconut cream pie! Not a huge piece, and I'll cut back on

whatever other carb I might have, but nonetheless, I'll be enjoying it with zero

guilt! And for several days beyond as well! (My in-laws take home some of it

also, so I don't get the whole thing!)

Gee, if you have any pie that needs a home, send it this way. I'm not

promissing I'd be as good at making it last, though. I guess I still
