hi

the other night we feltlike eating something sweet, so my darling husband made

me this:

all was no sugar and diabetic friendly, except for the dark chcolate syrup, but

only had about a teaspoon...

banna split with sugar free smuckers strawbery jelly, fresh

pineapple, crushed, the dark choco syrup, banana, sugar free vanilla iceream only 2

scoops and a hand of slivered almonds

but yum so good...and a little sprinkle of those colorful sprinkles

sugar
