you can modify what you like, only you know your body and what is best, you may

want to add a cup of cottage cheese, I, would cut back on the honey and even go

with out, and just keep the fruit and some cottage cheese;remember every

diabetic is different, and so because we all the same, but different, we all

have different needs, and require differently.

oother's may have a bit nore than other's, but all the same, modify to meet your

needs.

yes they are all fruits are good for you, I will do some research on the

benefits on these fruits, I have them, but have to go and search for them,

when I find them, I'll post
