Guest guest
Becky you can modify what you like, only you know your body and what is best, you may want to add a cup of cottage cheese, I, would cut back on the honey and even go with out, and just keep the fruit and some cottage cheese;remember every diabetic is different, and so because we all the same, but different, we all have different needs, and require differently. oother's may have a bit nore than other's, but all the same, modify to meet your needs. Hope I made some sense. sugar " I would rather walk with God in the dark than go alone in the light.
