Berries are very good for you. They are also the lowest in calories of most

other fruits.

Just a note to say that we found some strawberry/rhubarb pie which only has

13 carbs per serving. I can cut back a notch on the meal in order to be able

to enjoy this treat.

Again, the secret is to quit with only 1 normal slice of the pie.

Moderation will buy you many, many things.

Hi Pat,

Crystal found it at Kings Sooper (a Kroger subsiderary). I will find out

what brand it really is.

It was in their bakery but I also realize that, as many of them as they seem

to put out each day, they do not make the pies themselves.

We have a Ralph's grocery, which is a subsidiary of Kroger. I will have to
