well I believe the best time to weigh is first thing of the morning right

after your feet has hit the floor. don't pass goal and don't collect $200. some

folks say the best time is after you pee out 5 pounds of built up fluid in the

system. well I tried this and the scales said I gained instead. jump on the

scales in your birthing day suit that God sent you in this world warring and

this will give you the right weight. Now I know when you go see the saw bones

they will require you to be dressed, but maybe you can beg them to allow you to

weigh in your birthing day suit as you do at home. this will be the only way to

know how far off your scales are with the doc's scales. they will argue with you

and beg you to leave your clothes on! this is when you got to remind them of

your rights and let them know how very important it is to know exactly what the

true weight is. remind them you wasn't warring any cloth around your body when

you came in to this world and this is the natural way you should be weighed! you

must stand up for your rights or no one else is going to care. they will run you

over like a big truck if you don't stand your ground! be loud and be proud! best

way to go to the saw bones office is with only your bath robe on. this way less

to remove and easy and fast to put back on. I bet they ware there birthing day

suit when they weigh at home? most guys may not because they really don't care,

but the females? I've seen women in action when they step on a pare of scales.

they will even spit out the gum they got in there mouth. then they take off the

shoes. they remove the ear rings and take off the glasses and rings as well.

then they ask the nurse not to say out loud what the scale is reading. A man is

on the scales, the nurse reports it to all to hear and even goes out to the

waiting room to tell them as well. really not fair at all the way they carry on.

us guys got right's as well and should be treated with a bit more respect when

we have to weigh. funny to me how the first thing they always have you do when

going to see saw bones, is step upon the scales and weigh. even if you was there

yesterday! I bet you any amount of cash you are willing to lose, that if a lady

wished to weigh in her birthing day suit the nurses would allow her to do so in

a room with just the 2 of them, but a man who wanted the same treatment would

not be allowed. they would point at him and say they were going to call the law

and then they all would run ouf and hide. not even a male nurse would go in a

closed room with another man so he could weigh in his birthing day suit. why is

this like this? I mean I can understand why 28 year old pretty nurse doesn't

wish to go blind from looking at a water buffalo as I in my birthing day suit!

however the doctor is mostly always a male and he should allow me to weigh with

no extra weight pulling me down and causing the scales to say I weigh more then

I actually do. male clothes always weigh more then girl clothes! now if the lady

has her purse with her, then of course this will add 20 pounds to her weight,

but few ladies will weigh with there purse in there hand. I have noticed when

ever I'm in the hospital with only the see more gown on and my heart monitor on,

they always hold the monitor up when I step on the scales. why do they do this?

well it is very simple. that monitor will say I weigh more then I actually do

and the gown hardly weighs a quarter of a pound. they have to have as close to

the correct pounds as they can so the meds they give you will be correct. so why

can't the saw bones office treat you the same? it just doesn't make any good

sense to me at all. I realize I can't walk in the doctor's office only in my

birthing day suit or the law or the guys in the white jackets will be coming to

carry me away, but they could at least allow me to strip before I weigh so the

reading will be correct. they don't know exactly what my covering weighs and

neither do I. so why guess? take the scales in a privet office and send in a

nurse to read it for me. I'm totally blind and won't know who it is getting the

read out if they don't speak to me. of course I'm not a shy pig and it really

doesn't matter to me who it is reading the scales. maybe some one should invite

a pare of scales that are in a closed room where a person can strip and weigh in

there birthing day suit and some one can read the read out from the other side

of the wall! this is a grate idea and if I was just a bit smarter I believe I

could make a pare of scales like this and make all happy. every one would then

know exactly what they were weighing every time. the room with the scales

wouldn't need to be any bigger then a phone booth. are any of you old enough to

recall how small a phone booth was? not a lot of room, but enough to remove your

clothes to weigh. of course it goes with out saying that instead of see through

glass around the booth, it would need to be walls you couldn't see through. the

read out of your weight would show up at a nurses station on a monitor. they

could have a speaker so if they needed to speak to you they could do so. since

scales never will weigh you the same twice, then keep getting on until you like

the reading or just go with the one that weighs you less. I'm here to tell you

right now for a fact! when you are losing weight, every ounce you weigh less

then the time before is a victory! some times in the past I believe the nurse

has put her foot on the scales just so I would weigh more. I really can't

understand why she does this, but could be the lady was mad at her man that day

or simply was a man hater. I think next time I go see the saw bones, I'm going

to not get on the scales. wonder what they will do? I will tell them what I

weighed at home in only my birthing day suit and unless I can weigh the same on

there scales, then my number is the one they got to write down.

get back to you later. really proud of you and I bet your A1C will be lower.

Congratulations. It is encouraging to see the progress and it shows me if

people really want to accomplish something they can. I think I am using too

many excuses such as my husband's illness to put off really buckling down.

There are some days I don't even take my oral medication on time or do

testing. I just want to sleep or work on the computer.

I saw my Doc yesterday and I have lost 12 pounds since the visit on February

1. I'm still waiting for the blood results.

The best time of day to weigh?

well I believe the best time to weigh is first thing of the morning right

after your feet has hit the floor. don't pass goal and don't collect $200.

some folks say the best time is after you pee out 5 pounds of built up fluid

in the system. well I tried this and the scales said I gained instead. jump

on the scales in your birthing day suit that God sent you in this world

warring and this will give you the right weight. Now I know when you go see

the saw bones they will require you to be dressed, but maybe you can beg

them to allow you to weigh in your birthing day suit as you do at home. this

will be the only way to know how far off your scales are with the doc's

scales. they will argue with you and beg you to leave your clothes on! this

is when you got to remind them of your rights and let them know how very

important it is to know exactly what the true weight is. remind them you

wasn't warring any cloth around your body when you came in to this world and

this is the natural way you should be weighed! you must stand up for your

rights or no one else is going to care. they will run you over like a big

truck if you don't stand your ground! be loud and be proud! best way to go

to the saw bones office is with only your bath robe on. this way less to

remove and easy and fast to put back on. I bet they ware there birthing day

suit when they weigh at home? most guys may not because they really don't

care, but the females? I've seen women in action when they step on a pare of

scales. they will even spit out the gum they got in there mouth. then they

take off the shoes. they remove the ear rings and take off the glasses and

rings as well. then they ask the nurse not to say out loud what the scale is

reading. A man is on the scales, the nurse reports it to all to hear and

even goes out to the waiting room to tell them as well. really not fair at

all the way they carry on. us guys got right's as well and should be treated

with a bit more respect when we have to weigh. funny to me how the first

thing they always have you do when going to see saw bones, is step upon the

scales and weigh. even if you was there yesterday! I bet you any amount of

cash you are willing to lose, that if a lady wished to weigh in her birthing

day suit the nurses would allow her to do so in a room with just the 2 of

them, but a man who wanted the same treatment would not be allowed. they

would point at him and say they were going to call the law and then they all

would run ouf and hide. not even a male nurse would go in a closed room with

another man so he could weigh in his birthing day suit. why is this like

this? I mean I can understand why 28 year old pretty nurse doesn't wish to

go blind from looking at a water buffalo as I in my birthing day suit!

however the doctor is mostly always a male and he should allow me to weigh

with no extra weight pulling me down and causing the scales to say I weigh

more then I actually do. male clothes always weigh more then girl clothes!

now if the lady has her purse with her, then of course this will add 20

pounds to her weight, but few ladies will weigh with there purse in there

quarter of a pound. they have to have as close to the correct pounds as they

can so the meds they give you will be correct. so why can't the saw bones

happy. every one would then know exactly what they were weighing every time.

the room with the scales wouldn't need to be any bigger then a phone booth.

are any of you old enough to recall how small a phone booth was? not a lot

of room, but enough to remove your clothes to weigh. of course it goes with

out saying that instead of see through glass around the booth, it would need

to be walls you couldn't see through. the read out of your weight would show

up at a nurses station on a monitor. they could have a speaker so if they

needed to speak to you they could do so. since scales never will weigh you

the same twice, then keep getting on until you like the reading or just go

with the one that weighs you less. I'm here to tell you right now for a

fact! when you are losing weight, every ounce you weigh less then the time

before is a victory! some times in the past I believe the nurse has put her

foot on the scales just so I would weigh more. I really can't understand why

she does this, but could be the lady was mad at her man that day or simply

was a man hater. I think next time I go see the saw bones, I'm going to not

get on the scales. wonder what they will do? I will tell them what I weighed

at home in only my birthing day suit and unless I can weigh the same on

there scales, then my number is the one they got to write down.

At least 25 pounds, but, 45 would be better. That should take about a year.

I bet you any amount of

cash you are willing to lose, that if a lady wished to weigh in her birthing

day suit the nurses would allow her to do so in a room with just the 2 of

them, but a man who wanted the same treatment would not be allowed. they

would point at him and say they were going to call the law and then they all

would run ouf and hide. not even a male nurse would go in a closed room with

another man so he could weigh in his birthing day suit. why is this like

this? I mean I can understand why 28 year old pretty nurse doesn't wish to

go blind from looking at a water buffalo as I in my birthing day suit!

however the doctor is mostly always a male and he should allow me to weigh

with no extra weight pulling me down and causing the scales to say I weigh

more then I actually do. male clothes always weigh more then girl clothes!

now if the lady has her purse with her, then of course this will add 20

pounds to her weight, but few ladies will weigh with there purse in there

hand. I have noticed when ever I'm in the hospital with only the see more

gown on and my heart monitor on, they always hold the monitor up when I step

on the scales. why do they do this? well it is very simple. that monitor

will say I weigh more then I actually do and the gown hardly weighs a

quarter of a pound. they have to have as close to the correct pounds as they

can so the meds they give you will be correct. so why can't the saw bones

office treat you the same? it just doesn't make any good sense to me at all.

I realize I can't walk in the doctor's office only in my birthing day suit

or the law or the guys in the white jackets will be coming to carry me away,

but they could at least allow me to strip before I weigh so the reading will

be correct. they don't know exactly what my covering weighs and neither do

I. so why guess? take the scales in a privet office and send in a nurse to

read it for me. I'm totally blind and won't know who it is getting the read

out if they don't speak to me. of course I'm not a shy pig and it really

doesn't matter to me who it is reading the scales. maybe some one should

invite a pare of scales that are in a closed room where a person can strip

and weigh in there birthing day suit and some one can read the read out from

the other side of the wall! this is a grate idea and if I was just a bit

smarter I believe I could make a pare of scales like this and make all

happy. every one would then know exactly what they were weighing every time.

the room with the scales wouldn't need to be any bigger then a phone booth.

are any of you old enough to recall how small a phone booth was? not a lot

of room, but enough to remove your clothes to weigh. of course it goes with

out saying that instead of see through glass around the booth, it would need

to be walls you couldn't see through. the read out of your weight would show

up at a nurses station on a monitor. they could have a speaker so if they

needed to speak to you they could do so. since scales never will weigh you

the same twice, then keep getting on until you like the reading or just go

with the one that weighs you less. I'm here to tell you right now for a

was a man hater. I think next time I go see the saw bones, I'm going to not
