Guest guest
When I use to work and the wife stayed home, I was a normal man who thought my work was much harder and house work was a piece of cake. I figured house cleaning would never cause you to break a sweat or get tired. Now the shoe is on my foot and it is crammed way down my throat! I just moved everything around in my shop which is a over sized double car garage and cleaned the floors. I got a air conditioner out there, but it bit the dust a few months back and I haven't had it looked at yet. I do have insulation in the walls and the door, but the little fan just didn't help a lot. it is only 92 degrees here to day in Oklahoma City and I believe I just melted off ten pounds! also been cleaning the house once a week and this is a all day job when you do it all. I will never again think cleaning house isn't exercise. I will never again think house wives got it easy. Actually I can now understand why for years we paid to have the house cleaned, but when I retired I took the job over and saved the money. however, I'm beginning to think paying the house keeper again is a real fine plan. to much bending over and pulling on this and pushing on that. lifting this and moving this. I never realized how much saw dust my saws was really making until to day. I don't feel like riding my no where bike at this time, but I know I got to and I will as soon as I tell you ladies my big pig foot really taste bad! I never knew my feet got so nasty in the pig pen, but the taste of it is on my foot and my foot is now down my throat! I take my pig hat off and bow to all you who clean a house. your own or some one else's. it is grate exercise though and it will make you very tired. maybe I should have continued working?
