I have always heard of this drink as a bloody Joe. like it as well my self,

but yet to enjoy it at breakfast.

Some times I have a beer for breakfast. If I do I like to add a can of v8 or

tomato juice to the brew to give it a better taste, since I drink the Micholobe

Ultra beer with 2.65 grams of carbs in it, making it virtually tasteless, but

alone the beer is still a good thirst clincher. I call the combo a redeye, or

red eye.The total beer contains 12 ounces of beer and the red eye has an

additional 6.5 oundces of juice in it.Total grams of carbs in the drink is

slight less than a total of 10 grams of carbs.

My favorite drink is beer, but I like a quality brew like Heinekin or St.

i Girl or a regular , but each of these taste good and contains 12

grams of carbs in each 12 ounce bottle of beer.

My husband tried some blueberry jam he had bought for himself. Loving

blueberries, I tried a teaspoon of it. It made my teeth hurt It was so

sweet!

sugar free jelly, jam, preserves and the such. folks say this one and that

actually I would rather half one table spoon of the real stuff, then 3 table

spoons of the fake stuff. most sugar free or fat free to me has a funny

take a piece of steak for example, if you purchase the piece that has no fat

in it, then it has no taste to me. I think a little fat in meat is needed if

you like the flavor of the meat. not saying that lots of fat is good,

because it is way bad to eat to much. but a bit I think is ok and even

needed as well in our daily diets. use to love peanut butter and jelly

sandwiches. now I mix up a bit of jelly with peanut butter and spread it on

a slice of whole grain toast with lots of fiber. one way to tell about fiber

in bread is fiber will make the bread very heavy. light bread is very light

and feels like holding a feather because no fiber. the whole grain we eat

has names like in the Bible. couldn't spell them if I tried. maybe I will

have some one read the label so I can write it down and send it to you. my

peanut butter and jelly one side bread sandwich is grate with black coffee.

I'm still a work in progress for a fact, but I'm learning new things that

help and keep me on track with out giving up those things I dig. I never

would have believed the fact that a half of a gallon of milk could last me

one week like now it does. I measure out eight ounces of milk and I don't

have more. I actually sip it and not down it like a cold beer. maybe I

should have beer for breakfast instead of milk? I mean the low carb beer has

only 3 carbs per eight ounces. the milk has 13 in the same eight ounces. so

instead of only eight ounces of beer, I could have at least 4 beers for

breakfast instead. this is 32 ounces of low carb beer the will equal the

same as only one cup of milk! well guess I got to count the calories to. now

beer for breakfast is a different twist for sure. If some one on the list

will try a beer for breakfast first and then tell me how it was, then maybe

I will try then to see if you are right!

The real reason your teeth hurt is the fact that you do not eat baby lima

beans which would give your teeth a special coating so the sugar will not

bother them. (LOLLLOLLOLLOL)

Oh, I am not familiar with them. Maybe I better stick with the cereal

because I can just have a small bowl. They say a serving is half a cup and

I don't always even have that.

choke you say? lima beans are grate. I always heard them called butter beans

as a kid. the big one's are the best, but loaded with carbs. one cup of any type

bean has right at 50 carbs. who can eat just one cup of beans? black beans have

the fewest, but don't know if I like black beans or not.

What brand is your bread that is 8 grams per slice of carbs? I missed that

somehow.
