I'm thinking I may need to get me some fiber powder that you mix with water

and drink to help you be more regular. this is a problem I have always had, even

eating one salad a day and some days 2 salads. I eat lots of veggies and some

nuts. also eat fruit, but still I may only have a movement 3 times a week at the

most. mostly only twice. I know folks that say they go every day and some say 2

or 3 times a day. My parents both believed if you wasn't going at least once a

day you needed more fiber in your diet. Now I need you smart guys to tell me it

is not a problem or should I buy the fiber mix and drink a glass every day? I

know what they call it, but my little buddy won't dig the way I would try and

spell it, so you guys just got to all ready know what I'm talking about. I'm

thinking maybe I'm just full of BS and maybe if I was to move once a day, then I

could get rid of more weight every 2 weeks. I heard a doctor tell me one time

many moons ago, that each of us have around 20 pounds of poop smashed up against

the walls of our place where all that is mixed up and stored until lonch time.

if this is true, then I wish to get rid of this 20 pounds as fast as I can. if a

rake would work, then? well maybe a hole instead. A rake might be a bit painful!

Mark,

If you are not feeling plugged up and uncomfortable, then don't take the

fiber stuff. If you are feeling like that, then try the fiber stuff.

this is probably some sound advice, but what I'm wondering is how should I

fill if I'm full of poop? now after my month in the hospital back in 2007 after

being on all those pane pills and drugs for a month it took me over a week to

get back to the regular swing of things. I couldn't go to the bathroom for a

movement for over a week, but when it finally happened? well every one did step

out of the house for a while.

I actually like prune juice, but I believe it is high in sugar. the thing is

about prune juice is I could drink a big old glass of that every day. love

prunes as well, but once again to high in carbs for no more then you can have.

well I know this, but it is like drinking a cold glass of milk to me. love

prune juice and I know I couldn't stop at just a small amount. that is like me

giving you a cold beer and telling you to only take a sip, or maybe some moon

shine that you made in Dave's steal. you couldn't just take one small sip. you

would turn it up and not lower it until it was empty just like I would as well.

warmed up prune juice? you are joking right? this sounds so nasty! don't

believe I could get that down my throat. reminds me of warm milk! so nasty. kind

of like ice coffee. how nasty! here try some hot Dr. Pepper! it will remind you

of warm prune juice.

My vice would be potato chips or donuts. So I don't buy them! I did find a

new snack at Sam's yesterday. They are called Vegetable straws. The number

one ingredient is spinach. They look like short French fries, but 35 of

them have only 13 grams of carbs. I can't even eat 35 of them.

Actually, hot Dr. Pepper with lemon in it is really good! I had it one time

at a friends house. They did not serve any kind of alcohol so came up with

some different kinds of drinks. It was even diet Dr. Pepper.

By the way, I love iced coffee.

I haven't met a dry wine I like yet. now a sweet wine is different, but I

heard the dry red or white has very little carbs. home made wine? I've never

heard of such or drank any. home made beer I did taste and it was pretty nasty.

maybe I just didn't like the recipe he used?

If y you don't feel full and have a stretched feeling in y your gut, then

you are probably okay and what you are doing is normal for you..

well, you'll just have to come over for some great dry home made wine and

some fine home made cheese! Just bottled a batch, and a few wheels of

cheese in the fridge!

each of us have around 20 pounds of poop smashed up against the walls of

place where all that is mixed up and stored until lonch time. if this is

true, then I wish to get rid of this 20 pounds as fast as I can. if a rake

would work, then? well maybe a hole instead. A rake might be a bit

painful!

I have got those before and they are good. haven't purchased any in a while

now, but think I may get some more next month now that you have reminded me

again they are there. I don't know about you, but I can spend $200 in that store

before I get my basket half way full.

I bet you live a few miles from me? don't think you are in the grate state

of Oklahoma. A wheel of cheese? why do you make a wheel out of cheese? I bet you

the last time I went the bill was just about $750. I missed it by $3. the

basket was a bit over the top, but the sad thing is all fit in one basket.
