I have heard that peanuts can be hard to digest as we age. Guest guest Posted May 12, 2012 Report Share Posted May 12, 2012 buy the high fiber cereal, called bran buds, eat it full blast is what we say in our house when you are having a problem. but if all is working well you can mix with bran flakes. if you are really strict with your cal counting just put a little water on it and you can add some fresh fruit in a small portion. works great for us. do it daily. karen here is a q for you smart folks on the list.
