funny thing about peanut butter. I use to could eat it and not feel bad, but

here of late it is starting to bother me some. I have heard that peanuts can be

hard to digest as we age. It's really hell to get old, but it does beat dead!

I've had this but in Diet Vanilla Dr. Pepper with lemon

yep sure yummy with a bit of sugar free french Vanilla cool whip

buy the high fiber cereal, called bran buds, eat it full blast is what we say in

our house when you are having a problem. but if all is working well you can mix

with bran flakes. if you are really strict with your cal counting just put a

little water on it and you can add some fresh fruit in a small portion. works

great for us. do it daily. karen

Actually, hot Dr. Pepper with lemon in it is really good! I had it one time

at a friends house. They did not serve any kind of alcohol so came up with

some different kinds of drinks. It was even diet Dr. Pepper.

I think you mean Metamucil. You better get some. I was always told that

one should have 1 BM a day.

Mine are about five pounds, but yes, the big ones are well over 100 pounds.
