Guest guest Posted May 19, 2012 Report Share Posted May 19, 2012 Just like I thought. lost a whole 2 pounds in 2 weeks. just can't have two back to back good weigh in days. but 2 lost isn't 2 gained. now we are at 292 and half way to the one month contest end. for those who guessed in the low 280's? well I better kick butt in the next 2 weeks or you are in trouble! stupid heffer of a scale anyway! have decided to not talk to her for a few days. going to give her the cold shoulder and see how she likes it. I dreamed all night long of bigger numbers and once again she let me down. of course my wife has to always remind me that 2 may be low, but 2 is still going down. I know she is right and I can't have 8 pounds lost every 2 weeks. I suppose it is to much to ask. now write it down and remember this day. I will figure it out and I will lose more then 2 pounds in 2 weeks again. the portion sizes have been to big. starting to day they go down to a smaller size. the 45 twice a day on the no where bike will continue. I do not except one pound a week lost and I will increase the weight lost from this day forward. so now total lost since March first is 25 pounds. started with 135 and got 110 left to run off. now it is time for breakfast. think I will have one egg on toast and then cry over my coffee because I couldn't have 4 eggs on toast with bacon and potatoes!
