Guest guest
Here's how you make a crustless tom pie. Get a pie pan and spray the bottom with olive oil. No crust is needed. Three layers is best. Spread a layer of sliced onions, sweet ones, if you have them. Next spread a layer of tomatoes, canned whole tomatoes will do in a pinch, but fresh tomatoes are best. next spread a layer of sliced mushrooms. Spray top of pie with olive oil. add spices to your taste Sea salt, black pepper, I like a tiny pinch of red pepper, optional spices like garlic, oragano, parmajon place in 450 degree F for about an hour. Remove pie and when it cools down from hot to warm, its ready to eat yum yum I told you so, just saying Harry fairness is not a fact of life

Guest guest
Harry, I just reread this Email. Is 450 degrees correct? It seems like a very hot oven. _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of Harry Bates Sent: Wednesday, May 23, 2012 6:04 AM To: blind-diabetics Subject: smack your lips on a tom pie Here's how you make a crustless tom pie.
