I said I would wait and not ride at 2 as normal. then I checked my sugar and

it was 119. I had a light lunch and still it was all most 120. so I changed my

mind and rode my no where bike for the normal 45. checked the sugar 30 later and

it is now 97. this is where it usually is at this time. not passing on the bike

ride dropped it by 20 points. to me this is very important. this is why I can't

make sense of those who can exercise won't. this here shows there is a huge

reason why you should! I believe god made us to exercise each day in some kind

of a way. during the time when God was here and we knew him as Jesus, well those

times you had to exercise or you didn't eat. everything you had to do in those

days was done by some kind of exercise of some type. now days we do all we can

to not move in some way. what doesn't have a remote now? I've seen john's that

you don't push a handle to flush it, you just get up and walk away. washing your

hands the same way. need a paper tale? just hold your hand out! soon we will

just walk up and open our mouth and a deally of some kind will shove the food in

our mouth all ready chewed up. isn't it sad? I mean really it is sad for us

humans to have life so easy. as we get older, we do less and less exercise. soon

not only will our muscles be soft, but so will our heads!
