Guest guest
..Sometimes I wonder if he pretends not to worry simply to keep me worrying.....I do feel sometimes it is all an act especially when he comes home nauseous ,running a temperature and decides to come in in unusually high spirits with a 'Nothing's gonna hapen to me. I am good. I think its this 'stupid' urso making me nauseous. How was your day?'and goes on to jump with the kids.....,GOD help us all !GET US A CURE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LeahDear Leah,We are indeed fighting for a cure.Join us this March in our second annual Virtual Walk as we raise money to fight PSC.We are going to make a difference.Last years walk is helping to fund the STOPSC registry and we will be giving a prize this year for the best research in PSC.Things are starting to happen. All of us who have PSC or are the caregivers of a PSC loved one can help.We need better treatments and our voice is now getting heard.Personally for me, I let my son who is 24 try to forget he has PSC [ hard to do when you take 8 usro's , 2 cipros, a probiotic and more each day] while I concentrate on staying informed on PSC. Sharing and learning things here eases my stress and if I can keep the stress off my son, I will. I try not to let him see my stress. The stress-o-meter still shoots up every-time he calls until I hear why he is calling. I guess it is different between spouses than parents/children but I'm sure many are in the exact place you are. Take care ,Lee
