Zena, Wow you sound like your just a busy bee. Now REST. How great to get out and do all you have done. STABLE  that is the word of the year.. WONDERFUL. Ya know I think our Dr's read about these different names for fibrosis and give us one. I say fibrosis is fibrosis.. Well almost. I think the outcome is about the same down the road WWWAAAYYYYY down the road. We just have to keep on keepin on and not fret over the things we can't do any longer.Congrats on the weight loss. Hi Peggy,I'm fine, I've been on holiday to the very beautiful yorkshire dales, and am shattered!  The dales are very hilly, (or they wouldn't be dales lol) and I've done so much walking.   I'm very pleased about the amount of walking that I managed, gutted that I didn't make it as far as a particular cave, but I have a goal for next time I go.I've also been told that I am currently STABLE woohoo!  And I have been told that I have UIP AND NSIP.  That's the first time I've heard that.   I've been started on NAC now, I've been given the sachet form which is a bit tedious, but I hope it will make a difference.   IF I remain stable next time I go for my check up in about 5 weeks my steroids will be reduced again, more good news.Finally I've been to my dietician and have lost 4 kilos in 4 weeks.  That should be a total of 9 kilos that I've lost since April.  Again, woohoo. But I'm still shattered and trying to recover from my holiday.  It's another early night for me.Love Ze xx > > >> > > Happy Birthday Leanne!
