Guest guest
I don't know what to believe, but I am trying to find out. I think I am at least 20 pounds over weight, but my BMI says diffeerently. This morning I got on my scales and they reported that I weighed 196.4Pounds. Acording to the BMI body mass index this puts me 0.43 points over the magic BMI figure of 25.00 Using an old formula of multiplying my actual weight in pounds by a constant of 709 times my weight in pounds and dividing that answer by 74 inches in height I get another number the dividing that number by 74 inches once again I get the final figure of 25.43 for my BMI. So I calculate it all over again using another number for my weight 193 pounds. This time I get a BMI of 24.99, which is pretty close to 25.00. If that is the case, then I am only 3.4 pounds over weight, but I would differ with the results, since I know I have at least a fat lower abdomen of at least five pounds. If I were 20 pounds overweight I should lose 3 pounds of fat by just taking 800mg twice per day of the green coffee bean extract. I started taking them this morning using 200mg capsules of green coffee bean extract for a total of 4 capsules at breakfast, then I will take four more capsules at supper time. In three months I should lose 3 pounds of fat provided I am 20 pounds of fat over weight. If I am only 3.4 pounds over weight I will only lose .051 pounds of fat, slightly over a half pound. I do not think I will starve soon, so I see no need for the excess fat whether it is 3.4 pounds or 20 pounds of excess fat. So the experiment will continue 800mg of green coffee bean extract twice per day for three months. At least maybe I will find out what my actual weight is without the fat. If you have another BMI calculation, please let me know. Next post on this project is november 06 continuing on, Harry Curiosity landed on Mars today. Guest guest
Harry, you are so funny! According to your BMI, you are only 3 or so pounds overweight. Unfortunately, as we age (this includes me) some muscle turns into fat, especially if we hate to exercise. These coffee pills are probably mostly caffeine and make you pee more, so you lose weight. But I think we are all interested in what will happen if you keep on taking them. Guest guest
Amazingly, there is no caffine in green coffee bean extract.
Guest guest
The green coffee bean extract should be available at your local health food store in capsules in 200mg capsules and 400mg capsules. I hope to buy the 400mg capsules next time when the health food store has them, but in the meantime I will settle for the 200mg capsules, which means I have to take four of them twice per day.
