Guest guest
Bruce, Just proves you can get used to anything. I take 3 Xanax a day .25mg. It has been a lifesaver. Sometimes life comes at you hard and when our bodies are so sick, our emotional selves don't always bounce back. Anxiety is so miserable when you are fighting to breathe. I am thankful for my Xanax. Guest guest
Joyce I have anxiety and panic attacks and am medication resistant, unfortunately. Now, the chicken and egg comes and that is do I start having breathin difficulties because of the attack or do the breathing difficulties cause the anxiety to turn into a panic attack. Reality is the combination together is bad. My counselor does feel that part of the severity of panic attacks in the past was related to the PF. Of course, she was the one who always felt there was something physically wrong with me that the doctors were missing. Xanax is a lifesaver for many. I took some short term around 1984 or so and had no problem. I could take most anything when younger. However, now I get some of the strangest and most extreme reactions to certain meds, especially psychiatric meds. Its more trial and error than science. Actually, Mayo Clinic has a test to try to match up our chemical make up to the right psychiatric meds. I've never known of anyone else using it and have no actual knowledge of its use. I mentioned it to a couple of doctors who certainly didn't believe it was possible. > > > > > > Does anyone take xanax for anxiety? If so does it make you nasty.
