He was afraid the VSL#3 might harm the liver. I have both PSC & newly

diagnosed AIH. At the time my LFTs were not good and he wasn't taking any

chances. The VSL has about 450 Billion bacteria. The one I am currently

taking has 3 billion bacteria.

It's by Solaray, and it's called Multidophilus. It contains the following

lactic flora:

Over 1 billion L. Bulgaricus

Over 1 billion L. acidophilus

Over 1 billion B. Bifidum

I buy it at Whole Foods market.
