Hi List,

Today I made an omlete. It has onoins, Red yellow and green peppers, two small

potatoes and eggs.

Have some left over for another meal.

It will be for tomorrow.

Full and didn't even have any toast.

Becky,

I'm not an omelet person, but can you make it without the potatoes? For

carbohydrates, try a small slice of high fiber bread instead of potato. And,

if your cholesterol is high, this is a meal you need to enjoy on selected

mornings.

Not that we can't have potatoes, but I believe you were trying to shed some

weight. High fiber bread would be better for you than potatoes.

Hi ,

I sure can. This is the first time I used potatoes.

Just used two small red ones.

Still fatning.

I wanted to see how good I'd be at cooking them since I don't do them on the

stove.

Still full.
