Guest guest
, Thank you so much for posting these articles on the group. I have spent most of tonight with Rob sorting through...them and uhm...well...he is so a teacher...of ...um...not laypersons like me. Currently, I am at the Evidence for MDR3 under PSC section and when it starts talking about aggressiveness of bile...and I think I am losing it. I start thinking of bile being a crocodile tearing my son's liver to bits...(lol!) I know it probably means...like toxicity, or harmfulness, but...I guess I overdid it...in my reading it tonight. Any chance you can help translate this so it is not a total loss for me? How close is PFIC to PSC? I have not read much about it... And I guess I assumed Noah's PSC was acquired...but after reading this...I guess...is it genetic...or is he just predesposed genetically? I am so confused. HELP!
