Guest guest
I am no longer taking Actigall because the capsules are sticky and I had trouble swallowing them. They always felt like they were stuck to my espohagus. Someone I know suggested using carbonated beverages when taking capsules like that. It might work for those of you having problems with Actigall. Penny
Guest guest
I too had problems with it sticking in the esophagus, and then when I burp, a cloud of yellow comes out. I would put it in a teaspoon of apple sauce to swallow it. Cindy Baudoux-Northrup ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Don't pick lemons. Guest guest
I've been mixing my Actigall/Urso in Applesauce since diagnosed in 2005. It works just fine for me. I prefer the natural no sugar added applesause to mix meds in, the extra sweetness of regular applesauce makes me taste the medicine in it too much. I don't get any indigestion/burps taking my meds this way, and I've had 2 different docs that said it was fine to take it this way. I mix 3 capsules at a time, twice a day. 30, UC 1/01, PSC 5/05 Never miss an email again!Yahoo! Toolbar alerts you the instant new Mail arrives. Check it out.
