Guest guest
Hi there: I have the patch on the left eye, and the right eye still has a lot of dialation so it is blurry. Dr. examined left eye (retinal surg. Dr.) and said the cataract on that is worse than it was 2 months ago. The left eye first had a retinal aneursym, then detached retina, so he operated on me in April. It has a cataract on it that needs to be removed. I go back in 3 months, Nov.25, 2 days before Turkey Day. When they operate on the left eye, (yes, they are going to do it)both Dr. Ladd (retinal specialist) and Dr. Sakowski (cataract specialist) both will be in the operating room as they both will need to do " their thing " during the surgery. I will not be put out as they say. Dr. examined my good eye (right eye) and said the cataract is there but the eye is good and not a " life-changing " emergency to fix that one yet. He said that after the left eye is operated on again, I should be able to see really really good, just will need new prescriptions again. yipee for that. We were in and out like so fast today. Couldn't believe it. The Dr. said that the distortion in my left eye now and the blurriness in the left eye will disappear after the surgery. I couldn't believe my ears. Earl said on the way to the restaurant for breakfast after the appointment: " See, Honey, I told you to be patient. You will be fine. " So I never listen as I should you know. So I feel really blessed today at the dr.s exam and that will make a wonderful Christmas present for me now, won't it, guys??????????????????????????????????????? I LOVE YOU THIS DAY!!
