I can't walk the long halls every day. I had to put my marathon on 2.5 so it would last all day. It made me sooo tired. Now when i walk around I have to go slow at 4l and still have to stop to catch my breath.I was diagnosed with PAH 2/07,systemic scleroderma 5/07, PF and emphysema 6/07. I take letairis for my PAH, anf I just was prescribed combivent. Your posts are very informative. I live in Waco and am learning to adjust to being retired. I have applied for my SS disability and expect to be approved with no problem. I was a smoker but quit in 1990, I exercised off and on until 2006 when I think the PAH and everything else started. I thought as many that I was overweight and out of shape. I appreciate your posts and will continue to enjoy them. The info about the marathon is great. Thank you. Guest guest
Well, just make sure you keep your oxygen at a level to maintain your SATS above 90%. Also, I don't know if you've been given any sort of rehab program and you need to undertake one carefully since you also have PH, but you mentioned exercising until 2006. If the doctors haven't advised you on reasonable exercise now, I would encourage you to talk to them about it. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Bruce, > > > > > > > > > > I have a question about the Helios Marathon.
