Thanks a for this info and thanks for your well-heeded advice regarding

my exercise question. I appreciate your thoughts and the info to back up

your thoughts. I am not exercising until I get clearance from the doctor

and that won't be until the 29th of this month. I guess I just needed to

*hear* it from someone else (I can be a knot-head sometimes!) and I think I

was or still am in denial about my condition.
