I don't remember ever seeing it posted here, but a company in Colorado

makes the best GF graham cracker I've ever tasted. (I only wish it

were CF also, but it's not.) It's has the same texture, nice and soft,

not hard like some graham crackers you purchase. It's not the exact

taste, but close. You can check it out online at

crackers. Unfortunately, the distribution is pretty limited to the

Colorado area and few states outside of Colorado.
