Guest guest
-----Original Message----- Has anyone heard about a supplement from a Japanese company called Honso that manufacturers a healthy liver function supplement? Whenever I do a goggle search on a herb – if the first page lists only companies selling it or “natural groups” promoting it, I become very suspect. Someone else might not, but I do. Then I go to Pub Med (a site I do trust) and see what they have to say about it. In this case what I found is this, the main ingredient in Sho-Saiko-To “seems” to be licorice. Below are 3 different studies and one opinion. I did find a few good things said about it, but mainly they weren’t very flattering at all.
