Hi List,

How many times a day should you test?

I tested once before breakfast and before lunch.

166 and before lunch 156.

A friend told me to try this Virgin coconut oil that she brought here.

I tried it at a little after 11 AM.

I bet that might have brought it down.

We'll see.

Hi Becky,

I test a minimum of 6 times a day, i.e., once before each meal and then two

hours afterwards. If I am suspicious or curious about my glucose level,

then I check it.

will seek. " (Psalms 27:8)
